As the Owner of this Company, I have had a long standing policy of providing all my Buyers with a Cash Rebate of my Earned Commission and also a standing policy of my charge to Sell your home, full service MLS and significant Web Site exposure.
If I represent you as a Buyers Agent, I will rebate to you 15% of my earned commission. For example, if I sell you a home with a sales price of $ 150,000, my normal commission paid by the "seller" would be 3% of $ 150,000 or $ 4,500.00. My rebate to you will be $ 675.00 in this case. Rebates must and will be fully disclosed to all parties and will be provided "within" closing on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement. The Seller pays this commission via the MLS and for the rebate, I must represent you exclusively as a Buyers Agent. There is absolutely no cost for this representation and is consistent with other Rebate Programs in the area such as USAA (which I am a member of).
I will match any USAA Rebate that is Offered and You Will have an Experienced Broker - Not Sales Agent taking care of your real estate needs.
My standard commission to Market and Sell your Home is 5.0% of the Sale Price. This commission is my normal commission and provides you with FULL SERVICE including placing your home in the TWO Mulitple Listing Systems (San Antonio and New Braunfels), Yard Sign, Significant Internet Marketing and If Desired Open House Events. From Negotiations with the Buyers Agent, to Full Service Real Estate walking you through the entire process from the Listing to the Closing of your Home.
