Specialization 
      I specialize in military personnel/families and truly love working with first time home buyers. I pride myself in educating "First Time Buyers" even if they are just considering a real estate purchase - no sales pitch - just information they can use whether you are thinking of buying next month or next year.

Giving Back to the Community 
     As this real estate practice has grown, I have converted the volunteer hours I was formally able to give to the community to financial support for a number of charities.  Signicant funding is provided each year to the National Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children) and Habitat for Humanity.  I also provide funds to various critical need situations in the San Antonio on an anonymous basis. My life has been truly blessed financially and I give back every chance I can.

Personal 
      I had the privilege of serving in the Air Force for 36 years retiring as a senior Air Force officer but the special part of my career was also having 15 years service as an enlisted member. That service began when I quit the 10th grade and enlisted during the Vietnam era. Highlights of my military career included Air Traffic Control duties as an enlisted member and many years in the medical laboratory career field, teaching clinical chemistry and clinical microbiology at two major Air Force hosptials (Wilford Hall and Wright-Patterson).  On commissioning, I spend four years with the Strategic Air Command as a Commander/Instructor Launch Officer for the Titan Nuclear Missile system, moving to the  Base Executive Officer for Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque New Mexico, and two assignments in the NATO Europe Command Structure in Stuttgart Germany and Vicenza Italy.  I retired from the Air Force at the Air Force Personnel Center holding both a Branch Chief and Division Chief position in the Enlisted Assignments area. . I began my real estate practice in 1999.  I practice professional real estate with a foundation of honesty and integrity. I and my team of experienced Realtors are committed to meeting your real estate needs.
